Hamilton Beach Classic Stand and Hand Mixer Combo for Kitchen, 4 Quart, 6 Speeds with Quick Burst, Black

I never received the mixer I had ordered. It said it was sent on May 10 and there's a picture of a box. However, it was not the mixer. It was glasses that I had ordered as well. I've never received the standup mixer that I had ordered from Walmart. It has not been delivered. I only received the silverware, glasses, plates, however, I never received the mixer. I would like a investigation on where the mixer was placed. I paid for it and I expect to receive the mixer. Or refund my money back I'd really appreciate someone contacting me on this issue. ordered the red one and its beautiful. made a cake with it and it was great. love the fact it can turn into a hand mixer as well. great size not too big.

I bought and returned this mixer. I bought it because it was a stand mixer and planned to use it for dough. in the instructions it clearly states that it cant be used for dough on the stand which was the only reason I purchased it. I gave it a 3 rating cuz I'm sure it works well for other things. I just opened the box, read the instructions and returned it. I ended up buying the Magnavox stand mixer from home depot because it was on sale there and not at Walmart. Walmart carries it too and so far that mixer has worked great for diugh.

It's a hand mixer, with a very lightweight stand that it clips on. The mixer itself is good- decent power, does a good job. The attachments fit well. The stand is not well made at all. But the worst part was that on the stand, the dough hooks and beaters have too much clearance to the bottom of the bowl. There's probably 1/2-1 inch space between, so whatever you're trying to mix doesn't get done properly. I returned it and bought a comparable hand mixer

It's much louder than my old one. Feels like it's screaming in my ear. The beaters don't touch the bottom. Challenge to learn how to connect beater to stand each time. My old one was much simpler. Wish it didn't burn out.

Will say the unit was light weight, however I missed that the attachments don't hit the bowl or come that a close. I'd say about an inch and half or more space between the bowl and mixer. I make smaller batches of things, so I found myself still holding the mixer to get the job done. I will be returning to the store and just use my hand-mixer from now on.

I received this mixer soon after ordering it online. Brand new, I opened it and moved the washable pieces into hot soapy water (regular Dawn dish soap). When the water cooled enough to put my hands in it, I discovered that both beaters, the dough hooks, and the whisk had rust blooming on them, AND the rust had started to stain the mixing bowl! I really hope that this review posts because I can't be the only person to have this experience but when I looked at the reviews before purchasing, I didn't notice anything about the attachments rusting. This product should not be marketed in my opinion.

im so disappointed with Hamilton Beach. I had thought highly of their brand, quality and all. This mixer isnt worth $2 because the beaters are not long enough to make the bowl turn. so dont buy this product.

This was a gift to a friend in Arkansas. She said it would not work. The beaters wouldn't come on. That's all I know. She is in process of returning it for a refund to my Walmart account. So sorry to give this a thumbs down report.

Save yourself time and avoid this joke. Flimsy attachments. A bowl that literally showed rust after one use...not stainless steel at all. In stand mode the bottom of the bowl was totally unmixed. I sent mixer back and got my money back.
