I really like how easy it is to make both k Kups and regular ground coffee. I just fill my Tervis cup with water and pour it into the machine each morning. I had a kuerig machine prior to this for many years. This machine is even better because of the dual use with grounds and pods. I bought a pack of filters at Amazon for when I brew grounds and there is no mess!

My favorite coffee maker, ever! I choose this one over a Keurig based on the ability to fill with my specified amount of water. This coffee maker makes a consistent cup of hot coffee.

I like it better than the Keurig single cup brew unit because you can brew up to 14 ounce coffee versus only 12 ounce with the Keurig. Easier to use if want to use k cups or ground coffee. To me, just all around better.

This product works great, as expected. I bought this to replace the previous side-by-side model with carafe because I only use the single serve side. This takes up less counter space. With the old model you could get away with making 16 ounce cups of coffee. With this one, the water will immediately spill if you go over 14 ounces. This is not a flaw, but if like me, you used to make 16 ounce cups you no longer can. I do recommend this and I'm satisfied in every aspect. I do recommend this FlexBrew and I'm satisfied in every aspect

the water doesn't seem to get hot enough. even when i make tea... it's just not quite there. disappointing

Maker not delivered to me. It was delivered to an unknow location. 14 minutes on hold waiting to talk with walmart rep. Not the first time but will be the last.
