Everyone loves my sunny canary yellow tai chi ball
bright yellow, 3 pounds soft rubbery exterior, indents slightly with finger pressure, aids grip, has sand inside which shifts with movement like a Zumba stick. I use it for tai chi. wrote my name on it so it will be returned if I get absentminded, so bright I'll never leave it behind, tai chi ball great for toning. I drew a happy face on it. too.

Perfect Weight
4 lbs. is the perfect weight for to use while using a LCD figure trimmer twist board and other toning and muscle strengthening exercises.

Okay but not what I expected
This wasn't quite what I thought -partially my fault. I thought it was the size of a medicine ball but it is very small. I can still use it but my dog thinks it is hers and wants to play with it. It has sand or something in it so it makes a noise every time you move it.
