Fairly simple to assemble. The locking lugs nuts really put me at ease for using the product. I was impressed it came with extra assembly parts in case you lose bolts or nuts during assembly.

I like the quality built of this machine but it’s hard to get on and off if you have back problem. Be sure you have someone help you. But my husband loves it. The results does help We age with gravity and this inverted position help rejuvenate your whole body by triggering the hormones in the throat and your system becomes restored over time with use just like hand stand doing Yoga.

This is a good machine just 10 to12 minutes a day!

Good table that has all of the desirable features and should benefit users with spinal challenges. The instructions are somewhat confusing at times and require two days of assembly.

Other than the fact that this inversion table is to short for me i can't give a true rating because I can't use it. I'm 6 feet 3 inches tall. this may work for someone less than 5ft 9 inches tall..

This didn't arrive in blue (as advertised,) the one I received -it's black and Grey. This took 8 hours (and I'm great at putting things together) and the directions are terrible. If the directions were at least better narrated with vocabulary and images, it would've reduced significantly the amount of time it took to put it together….

The handles do not stay tight. Machine is not as stable as my old one. I plan to re tighten with a torque wrench

This unit is only 13 1/2 inches wide at the seat.That’s at the hip.So if your hips are wider than thirteen and a half inches across than save your money,cause your not gonna fit.When I ordered it I was looking at the weight capacity,not the dimensions.I don’t understand who would even fit on this. A $173. shipped.Waste of money.

We can’t put the board together because it’s not only missing parts and screws but there’s also NO directions!!! This is absurd
