I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son since the one on his refrigerator at the time was broken. He now has a new refrigerator and still keeps this one next to it for extra ice since they entertain a lot. It is used on the constant every day and still even after almost a year and 1/2 it is still working great!

Super easy to use and easy to clean. Makes ice so fast!! Size is perfect for countertop. My best purchase in 2024.

I really like having ice waiting for me when I need it. It's a little difficult quite difficult to fill the water chamber. The way that it's set up. I wish it was a little bit different maybe from the top or something. But other than that, the noise level isn't bad. I wish it was. Iwish that it was insulated enough to save the ice overnight.

While this ice maker is compact and space saving it because of that fact it seems like the water well will be difficult to clean. Also adding the water has to be done with a small cup because of the small space. It is cute but I don't think it's practical so I think it's going back.

I ordered the extended warranty but never received it. Walmart said it was emailed to me but it was not. I checked my email, my deleted email, and junk email. It was not there. Now they are telling me I have to contact the warranty company. I bought it from Walmart not the warranty company.

the ice freezes to the top, which causes a blockage. insurance basically told me to contact the seller which i dont know why i even have the insurance

DO NOT ORDER……….When I ordered it said it would b crushed ice and it's definitely not it's bullets and the small/large button the bullets are still the same size

The ice maker does NOT make a lot of ice. (CUP) The ice maker makes about a cup at a time. The water reserve is small and will need to be refilled ASAP once the ice is taken from the basket.

It came late due to the weather, it didn't update til the day it was supposed to be here. Then didn't get an update until 3 days later saying it was still delayed and then it just got delivered 3 days after that. When I didn't receive updates I went and purchased a new one. I still haven't received my money for the warranty coverage I paid for
