i have Hashimoto's disease and have been taking this daily for two months now, and really started seeing a huge difference within a few days of taking this, you can start off at one pill a day and work up to two, I wouldn't recommend taking at bedtime, it gives you really nice energy and helps with brain fog! Its been so long since I've felt this kind of energy, I can finally get stuff done, and I no longer have the throat pain or feeling of being weak as well, this pill just makes me feel normal, and I'm so glad I found it!

I just was diagnosed with thyroid issues, and have been having very low energy, can barely get stuff done that I need too, hair falling out, weight gain, can't lose weight even with monjaro or all kinds of different dieting and exercising.. anyways I noticed a difference within the first day taking this, it does help with energy levels and I feel like I can get more stuff done around the house, for me it did wear off around 5 pm and I take my second pill then, everyone is different though, I will update once I get my labs done if it's made any difference in my levels. Due to a subclinical hypothyroidism condition and based on my doctor's recommendation I need to supply my body with iodine so my thyroid would be able to produce the required hormones for my body to function well. I've experienced low levels of energy and fatigue. Although I try to accommodate seafood in my diet to help my thyroid with iodine, my body seemed to need a better source. After using this product for two weeks my conditions have started to improve and I feel a lot better these days.
