Ease of installation and the vacuum safety indicator

I didn't have to drill into my shower wall and the grab bar is very sturdy. I feel confident that this bar will last a very long time. I also like the feature that you can remove the bar for easy cleaning. The surface that you attach the bar to must be a flat, dry and clean surface.

1) The grip is excellent. 2) The suction when positioned right is hard to lock, but it is much better than the one I had. 3) Definitely worth its cost. 4) We have both the 16" and 12" models. 16" for shower and 12" for tub. 5) The delivery was 2 days ahead of schedule.

This grab bar is the perfect support for my wife when she showers. It's the right size, is sturdy and nicely designed. Getting the suction cups to hold and remain secure may require several attempts, but when done properly the bar adheres to the wall of the shower very well.

This does make a big difference with my getting in and out of the tub. Only problem I have is I have to check it every time because one side always comes loose. Not a big deal to get it to reattach.

It works just fine helping me stabilize when I stand up in the tub.

Good quality unit. But it won't stay secured to wall. Have cleaned wall, suction cups numerous times and it still comes off after a few minutes.

Will only work on absolutely smooth, glassy like surfaces. If the tiles have ANY texture to them, the suction cups will not hold.

One suction cup did not work, the indicator said it was stuck on , but if you put any pressure at all on it then it would pop right off. Tried it in several locations. If I had relied on just the indicators in the handles someone could have been seriously hurt. Returned product.
