Let's face it, in today's world, the majority of people are not doing their own button repairs or stitching patches. It's a different world. HOWEVER if you absolutely want to tighten up some buttons on a favorite shirt or blouse, this little kit has the options for your. There are numerous needle sizes to choose from. I especially found the little devince that helps pull the thread through the eye of the needle very effective. I'm older, so it's getting a lot harder to thread a needle. There are a number of colored threads to choose from, pins and a cloth measuring tape that I have used around the house for many an odd task or two. Overall, if you need a sewing kit for those little jobs, this one should stand you in good stead. Five stars overall.

This is the perfect starter set to put into the sewing box I bought for my granddaughter's birthday. I shopped around and this was the only kit that had this variety of items to get a new seamstress started.

It's a great little sewing kit! It's for practically everything you need to make small emergency repairs, sew buttons, etc. Very handy and a convenient size

I need a small sewing kit for travel. This has everything in it that I need, plus some. Tje sewing needles are safely secured within the bag. The only downside I saw immediately upon removing it from the shipping package is that the closure (similar to freezer bags) was open. I think it actually comes with too much to be able to keep sealed. I plan on removing unnecessary items, so I hope this solves the closure issue. This is an affordable way of convenience in keeping a travel kit organized.

I liked this Mini sewing/mending kit. Just what I needed for an Emergency project. Will probably get a larger one next time or just add a few more extras to this one as needed. And VERY inexpensive!!! I put everything in a cute small Christmas cookie box and it's perfect. Great idea…Thanks WalMart

great for a small energency kit- to keep in the car or something simple and no fussing making a custom one. Would reccomend if wanting to get into the craft then get needles with larger eyes. This would be a frustraiting kit for someone wanting to use it often - the bag is also flimsy and items roll out. Convenience in a pinch and lightweight enough to backpack with for travel, with plenth of colors to pick for your emergency.

The needles that it come with are really cheap I busted the heads off a two of them just trying to show up a pair of jeans everything else was good though if the price was cheaper I would have gave it more stars

These kits are basic. The scissors are small and not great for cutting much fabric. The pin cushion tiny. I bought this to use in a mission project to go with a sewing kit but will be going back to buying the $1 measuring tape, thread packet with needles and needle threader, and needle sets, the button bags I have, the Dollar Tree $1.25 scissors, the pin sets I make and fabric I buy on sale. As a seamstress that makes quilts and craft items, I won't be buying any more of these.

I didn't like it at all! the needles had very small holes! and I could Not get the thread off the spools!! KNOW BODY SHOULD EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I RETURNED THE SEWING KIT!!
