Great product- poor shipping
Great set but received the item in plastic packaging and a damaged box. The knives are great quality but my box was damaged in shipping, also damaging the knife block. Not the manufacturer's fault, and probably not thought of as a fragile item, but just wish more care was taken because it is a pretty piece for a pretty price.

Good quality knives but be careful with the tips
These are good quality knives, especially for the price. I haven't noticed any rust spots or discoloration but I haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher. The only issue I have is that the tips are not smooth, to the point of snagging on everything I use to clean them. There was also a little bit of a musty odor when I opened the box but that went away pretty quick.

Just not for me
I was actually a bit disappointed in these only because the Henckels knives are so high. I've always wanted to try them that once I received them and started using them I was not as impressed as I wanted to be. I'm not really saying don't buy them, I'm just saying these aren't for me.

Tips are not straight and sharp
Some knives are not straight at the tip. They have sharp distorted edgesz Some are Rusting already and only hand washed. Disappointed in quality especially for this brand

Will do the job but not the best quality.
Great handle and storage block. The blade is flimsy - Henkel brand, which I assumed was German but these are made in India.
