Hereford Fully Cooked Roast Beef with Gravy, Shelf Stable Pouch, 10 oz

I was comparing this to other beef products. this was easy to prepare large beef cubes in a delicious thick hearty beef gravy.One pouch could be put over four baking potatoes as a topping,could served over noodles or rice. Excellent price point !

This was delicious. I used it to make beef lo mein by adding sauteed onions, bell peppers, carrots and mushrooms, then add some noodles and soy sauce. Yum!!

This is delicious, loved the flavor and tons of Beef. l wanted it thinner and added small amount of water and added a small amount of beef gravy mix..... not to much, so it wouldn't change the flavor. And microwaved it. Added to a baked potato, with some small amount of butter. l was in Heaven.

I think this is a good product. I'm on a budget. So I thought I'd try this because it said it is 2 servings. For the price how could I go wrong. Turns out I'm getting 3 meals from it because I don't eat a lot of beef. I found it was pretty tasty. Gravy could be richer. But it's good. I do have to warn people though. Please check the Best By Dates. I received one of Hereford's product from this store that was 4 months past the BBD. So please check the dates. Especially when ordering from some of these bigger stores.

I rate this top tier for its niche usage in my nutritional plan. It's incredibly convenient and absolutely worth it--but don't go in expecting a culinary masterpiece. I enjoy it but I get the feeling that other people might feel a little let down, possibly perceiving it as bland or off-putting in terms of ... i guess "mouthfeel"? But look at the INGREDIENTS! It's SO simple! There's NO weird stuff in it at all, no bizarre chemicals, no preservatives. I will tell you, though: I'm a weirdo who can tolerate eating shelf-stable food cold but it's objectively more enjoyable heated up. It's kinda neat how you can boil it in the pouch before ripping it open and plating it out. What I love the most about this is how cost-effective and direct it is for meeting my needs for protein with absolutely MINIMAL sugar. When I need BEEF, THIS delivers, handily, and with unparalleled convenience. I've got a little supply of these both at home AND at work, and I shall most ASSUREDLY be getting more!!

I warm this up and serve it over cheesy polenta. Enough for one generous portion or smaller portions for 2.

This stuff is delicious. I will definitely purchase again. Only complaint is the sodium content is so high..

I had always received a great product but that time it was full of fat,tendons, a little bit of meat and a lot of gravy!!! Very disappointed this time around!!! I need to get past that horrible experience and sick stomach before ordering this again. I would always purchase this roast beef in the can to make my homemade taquitos and guacamole. I'm gonna miss this easy and convenient way to enjoy with my family. Hurry up and make it right again. Thanks
