OMG, y'all… I really do love ❤️ this stuff! It's organic, it's pre-cooked, it's shredded, and it's so easy to use for so many things! If I'm feeling really lazy (😂) I like to take some of that Minute Rice that one can cook in the microwave (one minute for one container, one and a half for two), heat a package of this shredded beef (after draining it) with some Better Than Gravy Roasted Beef Gravy , add some canned sweet peas and whole sweet corn that's been drained (Walmart's Great Value brand is perfect), let it simmer for a bit with some powdered garlic, a wee bit of Lawry's Seasoned Salt, a touch of black pepper, and my favorite, Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning. Do your own thing, but that's mine… after trial and error, although there was no error, to be honest. Serve over the rice 🍚 and enjoy! This would be great with any type of gravy over egg noodles, or with barbecue sauce as a sandwich. It's truly versatile.
The Hereford Fully Cooked Shredded Beef with Beef Broth is what happens when convenience decides to taste epic. One tear of the pouch and—boom—you're hit with the aroma of slow-cooked, savory perfection that smells like Sunday dinner in a ranch kitchen. The beef is tender, juicy, and unapologetically rich, swimming in a broth so flavorful it could bring a tear to a cowboy's eye. Pile it on a bun for an instant BBQ sandwich, toss it with rice for a quick meal, or just eat it straight from the pouch when life demands meat now. No freezer, no fuss, no regrets—just hearty, shelf-stable satisfaction that delivers every time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — “A rugged, ready-to-eat legend in 7 ounces.”
My dog just loves this. He's allergic to pork and chicken and turkey and lamb all the normal dog food and treats so I mix some of this with his hard food which is special order and he eats it right down and he knows when he sees the bag it's about supper time.
it's good if you want "canned" corn beef. It didn't taste like roast beef to me. It is easy to use, just wasn't what I wanted. Id recommend if you're looking for a corned beef flavor. If wanting a roast flavor then I wouldn't buy.
because i enjoyed the taco seasoned ground beef from this brand i decided to give the shredded beef a whirl. for me, was not as good with tacos or nacho as the ground beef version. i don't think i'll have a use for this shredded beef. but then I've never been a fan of shredded beef. if you're a fan of shredded beef you might like it.
When you add some seasoning like taco or salsa verde to it it's fine you need to pick through it and make sure there's no fatty pieces but it is convenient to have cooked meat for tacos or burritos ready to go. I had several pretty good packets and the last packet I opened had huge fat casings in it and it really turned me off of this product. It does have fat(white paste texture) in it but not like huge pieces of fat like skin texture. Although it's low in sodium and convenient you just have to be prepared with spices because it comes unseasoned and you have to pick through it with a fork before you put it in your seasoning/pan just to make sure you don't get any fatty pieces in your meal.
I like the taste of it but the meat is tough and hard to chew. it does what I needed to do so I probably would order it again but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. it need some tenderizing.
I will not be ordering anymore of this! I HAVE 2 PACKS I WOUKD LIKE TO SEND BACK PLRASE. Please confirm the easiest way I can do this from home? Extremely funny taste and texture. I can't show what it looks like I threw out the 2st pouch and have never opened the other two I'd like to return! Thank you
terrible taste, terrible texture and especially horrible smell after heating it went directly to the trash. do not waste your money, like i did, because i was curious.
Today is Aug 21. 2025 The 6 packets I received in this order had an expiration date of May 2025! Doesn't anyone check? Or worse, they did and tossed them in my order anyway. They are going back for a refund.
