I have studied, and taken probiotics for decades. There are a ton of products on the market without enough viable cfu's to even benefit the body, then there are the ones with proven ingredients, and varying strains, like Hers Start, that have done the research for us. Four strains of probiotics, AND prebiotics (to help feed and nourish the probiotics, once in your system) along with cranberry fruit extract, make these the best that I have ever taken. I need gut support, of course, but this unique formula works along with my immune system, metabolism, and urinary tract. I could tell the difference in my digestive system within about 3-4 days, and I was truly impressed that it worked that quickly. I am a fan, and will purchase them again. I love that they are pink, and that I can "see" the cranberry!

After using the Hers Start Probiotic Supplement I found that my body became more regular and I no longer had issues with gut pain and indigestion. I never realized how important prebiotic are for your overall health until using this product. I will definitely continue using this product and highly reccomend all women to give it a try.

The supplement claims to help with healthy gut function, metabolism as well as helping maintain stable urinary function. The capsule is easy is swallow and the dose of one is convenient to add into my daily routine. So far I haven't noticed any huge difference but I'm going to continue taking as I feel like this will be beneficial to my overall health.

First of all, I received the product much earlier than expected, so I've had some time to use it. I recently discovered that a probiotic is an absolute must for me in every day life. I have digestion problems due to health issues. So, I was happy to try a new probiotic and I actually really like this one. Sadly, not too many brands make probiotics that are formulated for women, so I love that this one is. Something about the ingredients in this probiotic makes it work better for me than normal, non-woman specific formulas, which can often give me constipation. This has really helped to keep me regular and feeling good. It's a relief to not have to deal with stomach cramps and pain every single day and I truly believe that this has helped me beyond what my prescribed medications can do. I would definitely recommend and I would use it again.

I do like this vitamin but am confused by the lack of availability.

I received free samples of these supplements at first I was reluctant to try probiotics because I never used them before but after using it daily for couple weeks I started feeling a difference in my overal health specially ny gut and bowl movement felt super healthy and I feel more energetic than before because if my overall health has improved
