It's firm, but not like a brick. Took a few days to get use to, but it aleved the pain in my neck! I sleep like a baby now. I waited awhile to do a review as I wasn't so sure at first, but realized my discomfort was before buying and I had to give it a chance to correct the pain in my neck, which it did! So I totally recommend this!

I bought this pillow because I kept waking up with headaches and never seemed to get comfortable while sleeping. I had tried a similar one at a relative's house and liked it. It's comfortable. Not too soft but enough give for my taste. I have flipped it over and have slept on both sides and have zero complaints.

I absolutely love this pillow. My Pulmonologist did a sleep study on me and found out I have sleep apnea if I lay on my back but if I lay on my sides I breathe just fine. So, he suggested I order a pillow like this and so I gave this one a try months ago and it has really been great.

I have used two pillows for 30 years and most mornings, I woke up with neck pain so I decided to try this pillow. I've used it for 3 months now and I do not have neck pain anymore! It does take getting used to but after a week, I found the best position for it and sleep much better. The pillow is firm, but not hard. Your head sinks right into the middle but you still have the support for your neck .

I thought this was just going to be just another pillow! I had bought a thicker stuffed pillow at the county fair and use it two days. Now I spent big bucks for that pillow that lasted 3 days. Even went to Target and found a pillow that I thought would give me support and that didn't do the job. My daughter in law sent me a text with a pillow similar to this and I wasn't going to order another spendy pillow. But this is a GREAT pillow. I don't have neck aches when I get up because I don't sleep in one place I am all over the bed. It didn't come with a flat piece that I don't have a clue what it is for. I put a pillowcase on it the first night but that didn't last so I have used it without. It has given me great relief with my neck aches from sleeping so crazy. I will purchase another if needed.

This pillow is a game changer. I purchased this pillow because I often experienced stiffness in my neck upon waking. I noticed I had no stiffness after the first night. It also comes with a removable washable cover for easy care and extra padding if needed. I highly recommend this product.

Great Pillow, I purchased this for my wife and it has help both of us tremendously. She is able to get a good night sleep, and she hasn't snored since she has used this pillow. The comforts of the pillow puts her to sleep quicker.

Works best for back sleepers. A very unique pillow. My husband had trouble with ear being uncomfortable sleeping on his side and in contact with the center button.

I needed a good pillow due to neck pain because of lack of good support from pillows. Read the reviews that were a lot of positive so I chose it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The pillow is thin did not expand enough for a good neck support, and the smell was unbearable for me. I read that you could leave it outside for 3 to 5 days which I would've been willing to do if it provided the support I needed it. This is a very thin pillow no better than a standard pillow..
