Helped a lot with the nighttime restlessness I had been experiencing for a few months prior to starting this. They're pressed herbal tabs so they do have an herbal taste, but they're not unpalatable in the least bit. They just taste a bit earthy!

I have taken 2 months worth and I don't know if it works. At the beginning I thought it did. I stopped taking for 3 weeks and seems like I am a little more cloudy so trying again to see if it helps. It does not smell good or taste good but I can take it. Tastes like plants. I have trouble swallowing pills and this is one of those. Too fat with an edge on 2 sides, a caplet. A fat caplet. The surface has a texture to it, not rough but not smooth either. I will update if I notice a change either way.
