Himalayan Salt Indian Black/Kala Namak in Grinder- 13.7 Oz

I've loved Kala Namak for a long time. I first had it in India. I will say that this product is just as good as the hand ground stuff I had over there. It's got the same savory, sulfurous, salty flavor. The grinder works surprisingly well. It works well as a general ingredient to provide depth of flavor, or it can be used as a finishing salt to provide a nice eggy kick of flavor. If you like hard boiled eggs, you will love this. This is not a salt to use in sweet foods, I would not use it for baking. The grains are nice and big, so they get a lot of fresh flavor when you grind them. Way better than buying the pre-ground stuff just to sprinkle over a finished dish. 10/10, will buy again. I 100% recommend this product.

Great taste that goes a long way for a small amount of salt. It adds a nice savory flavor that reminds me of eggs.

PERFECT! Great tasting like other black salts, love the grinder aspect, large sized bottle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Hint: Black Salt %26 Turmeric together are delicious on everything from popcorn to faux eggs, and everything in between :-)

This black salt tastes wonderful. Best on eggs and vegetables. My favorite salt. The grinder works well, However, don't expect the lid to last.

I was looking for the black Salt that was used on a mixed drink glass at a restaurant as was very tasty but this horrible in taste. Not salty in taste and whatever. I threw it away.
