Nothing to dislike product came just as expected very good quality for price shipping was very quick look forward to using it for many years

Been using these for about two months now. You get exactly what you are paying for. 3 pairs of nice neoprene-coated dumbbells with a rack on a flimsy side (do not try to move it much, and it'd fulfill its purpose perfectly). Quality - 10/10 (I consider rack as a bonus, not a mandatory feature for three pairs, so it doesn't matter here), value for money 10/10.

After shopping around for a weight set I found these from a web search. The pricing was the most inexpensive for my requirements and stayed within budget. The rack and weights are of good quality and met expectations. The shipment arrived with the box in a ripped open condition but each individual weight was packed well with no damage. Two weights were missing and I emailed support and the replacement weights were shipped the same day. Customer Service far exceeded my expectations and were absolutely amazing. Overall a phenomenal purchase and experience.

The item arrived super fast. I did have to count the seller, Spreetail, because two tiny pieces were broken upon delivery. Spreetail's Customer Service is absolutely phenomenal !! They responded as soon as I sent my email and continued to respond quickly as we reached a resolution.

This rating is strictly for the poor way shipping was handled. I had explained in shipping instructions this was a birthday gift and to please handle appropriately to look nice. First, one box came on a different day and there was no communication that the remainder of the order was still coming. That initial box was ok but when the remainder came in, all packed in one box, the main box was way too heavy and looked almost destroyed. Instead of repacking It was taped up so much it was difficult to unwrap. Worse many of the boxes inside were also damaged. Lastly many of the weights smelled as if sitting in a warehouse for a long time. Overall very disappointed. Considering how expensive it was I am embarrassed to give as a gift.
