Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine, 13 fl oz, 13.0 Servings per Container

HOLLAND is an excellent brand. Made a simple Marsala wine sauce...it was fantastic. Added some thin sliced mushrooms and little shallots....delicious.

I love to make chicken marsala and Holland house is the best marsala wine to make it. It turns out so good so tasty using very thin chicken and portobello mushrooms and heavy cream. Mix it all up and man is it good?

This helps make the best marsala chicken, its cheap but tastes great. You don't taste the marsala cooking wine, when your dinner is done, I highly recommend.

Marsala sauce on beef is my absolute favorite thing ever. While I'm not very great at cooking, I totally recreated my favorite restaurant meal with this product and it was fantastic.

you can use this product in many meat and vegetable dishes was good results better than wine marsala itself in fact the I have used was way too salty this is salty enough people seem to like my dishes with chicken marsala and vegetable marsala with rice or potatoes or all kinds of odd vegetables they say it's wonderful!!

I always heard you should not use cooking wine because of high salt content. I made my chicken cacciatore and after browning my chicken which I seasoned very lightly with salt, deglazed the pan with Marsala and some butter and added it to my sauce. It was as good as any restaurant could make. Going to try the red and white as well. Delicious!

I love using cooking wine when i make certain dishes. I wish there was a few other ones besides the few that is already in store

Used a little in my equate shrimp scampi just adds a little more flavor, but the scampi as good without it. Love it.

I use it for chicken marsala

Remember that this is a “cooking wine”, not a conventional “drinking wine “. There is a big difference in taste, not a smooth taste. But I some for a chicken Marsala dish I was making. The cooking wine worked as a substitute in the dish, but not quite the same.
