Works well in soups and stews, delicious flavor
One of my favorite cooking wines. A dash of this, a dash of soy, a slice of real butter, and my mushrooms come out delicious! It's also excellent in soups and stews.

Holland House Red Cooking Wine.
Use it to deglaze the pan when sautéing steak or pork chop. Then I throw in a can of green beans to flavor those.

I use Holland wine when I don't have the funds fora good wine. Holland House wine is a good substitute.

a well-priced pantry staple
This is a well-priced staple. I use it to make salad dressing. Mix it with a little dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.

Great for pot roast
I used this red cooking wine in my pot roast and was really happy with how it turned out! It added a rich, savory flavor to the meat and gravy without being overpowering. It was easy to cook with and gave the dish that little something extra. I would definitely recommend it for cooking and will be buying it again!
