Apple products sync together with no effort needed. I just plugged it in and went to my iphone settings and they paired. Has too much bass so my sound settings on my iphone remote control has a reduced bass option.

I love the quality of the music and the quickness of Siri. But it should come with instructions. I hate having to go to google with my problems. How much could it cost them to add an instruction booklet.

This is my 3rd HomePod mini to fill out the sound in the living area of our home. I use them only as speakers, though I realize they are versatile in many other ways. They are the best option I have found for great sound in an unobtrusive size, and I recommend this product highly.

I've loved every second of using this Apple speaker. It is the best speaker I've had since JBL. I absolutely love it with everything I have! The sound is immaculate. The size always is able to go into spots we use normally and daily. The Ease Of Use of it is also the best like it's not too hard to control and it's not too much to handle. I've used this thing in four different bedrooms already and my favorite spot is my bed room i've loved every second of using this Apple speaker. It is the best speaker I've had since JBL. I like Apple products but a little disappointed with this one. I was hoping it would be wireless and probably want buy another one unless it is wireless. The quality and sound are nice if you don't mind it not being wireless I think you would like it.

I was so excited to get these to replace the Echo Dot from Alexa. Amazon had these at $99 which is pretty much everywhere's price. I expected much better sound although I was disappointed the sound is about the same if not lower volume the echo dot which I don't like at all. Because I am an apple person I might try the bigger one in the living room and use these in different places in the house like the kitchen in the bedroom to see if that helps. I literally paired two of the minis in a very small living room and it's just not loud enough for me.

It's just an expensive speaker. It requires a connection to a phone or iPad at all times. It doesn't answer questions. It doesn't play YouTube videos. It literally just plays music from off your phone. It isn't even compatible with many cameras, smart lights, locks or stuff like that. If I could I would suggest going with a google home, that literally does EVERYTHING %26 I assumed the apple home would be similar.

Walmart advertised their return policy on the HomePod mini, an electronics technically, as 30 days to return. And I wanted to return it and the only option I was given was to return to a store in person. A week before the 30 day mark I finally had a reason to visit my local Walmart. Upon attempting to return the HomePod, where they verified that the serial numbers matched, I was told that they could not take the return because their system would not allow it. I called customer support and they said they would email me a shipping label for return. That email label never came through. So a few days after I called again, and was told the same thing. I am fed up at this point and have not called back. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying from Walmart as they do not provide a good return experience whatsoever it seems. In the process of trying to return it in store, the team member even damaged the item and now I have to live with it.

Wife is going blind … so to help her at home … bought this so she can just say Siri call “John doe” while she was away from phone in the house (example kitchen) … unit is supposed to recognize multiple voices … could not get unit to recognize her voice if I'm primary or vise verser (if she was set to primary, unit recognizes me) … thought it was unit … returned, bought second unit, same thing … went to actual Apple Store … still didn't work … spent hours with apple IT on phone … finally got it to work … once. Returned it and that's why it's a 1 star for me … this thing is just a glorified blue tooth speaker

If you enjoy a device that will add a new level of frustration to your life, than this might be the device for you! If you are hoping this thing will understand you correctly, or do as you ask, or recognize your voice, or use the account you tell it to use, then don't bother with this! Basically, if you are expecting anything other than a $100 ball of frustration, you are going to be disappointed.
