sage green is not as picture. its more of a tan color. putting together was very easy. chiar wasn't heavy.
My mother will be 91 years old in May this year she wanted that chair she bought one years ago when we first got here and she wanted another one, but she said it had to come from Walmart because the first one she bought same color she had wore that out. I'm her daughter and I ordered a new one for we love it.
I had issyes with lack of communication with the assembly and delivery process. i had several conversations with Walmart chat. They inducated i would receive emails from the group and i never received one. i now have several chairs that need to be returned asap. i do not have a place to put them anymore
Sad news first: The only issue that I have is two-fold. First the arm rests are Much too low and I am a smaller person and my elbows are not even close to them - 2 stars. Boo. Second, the design of the footrest lever - 1 star? ⭐️ Well, it full stop does not work and it is a design / tension problem. Pssst engineers? One can release the footrest but placing it in the out position of back in is a whole different animal. 🙀 Very sad. 😭 The quality of the chair material is about is about 3 1/2 stars. THE COLOR? 10 Stars! Matched the rug perfectly!! Please send to manufacturer to rework the right side exterior lever. I think there is not enough assembly tension for the lift and drop. 😉💚
We were disappointed that we had to return both reliners. The lever action to return the recliner from the recline position back to sitting was/is very difficult. MAYBE with continued use, it would smooth out. My wife was not able to recline the chair or return to the sitting position at all. OK, we are both in our 80's, but it should have been smoother to operate. Maybe we could have requested a lever that was twice as long. The very decent part is that the returns through Walmart were smooth and seamless. Shipping paid both ways...good Job as usual, Walmart.
First, the delivery was a day late and even then the FedEx guy said he thought he had something for me, but he guessed he was wrong. If I hadn't said I was expecting a recliner, he wouldn't have bothered looking for it. He said “oh maybe it's that big box in the back.” Good thing I was taking out the trash and caught him. The chair: easy to put together, just slide the back on and screw on the lever. The lever only raises the foot rest and does not recline the back in anyway. You have to push back for that. There is no locked-in recline position. The microfiber is extremely porous . There are probably less threads per square inch than I've ever seen on microfiber. I am 5‘2“ and the chair fits me beautifully. Might not work so well for tall people. It's cushiony and supportive and I do like that. I don't think you can beat the price. I got the sage gray, which looks more like a greenish taupe. Overall, I'm happy with it.
The picture shows the handle on the side for manual recline. The lever is include in the box, bit there is NO Indication of where it should go. Both sides of the chair are completely smooth. A marker of some type would have been appreciated. Heavy chair. As a 78 yr. old widow, it won't be easy for me to turn the base upside-down and figure where the lever is supposed to go. Now, I will have to try to mark the spot on the outside, from the inside mechanism, to determine where a hole in the fabric should be in order to install the lever. I specifically wanted the type of lever shown in the picture as the "new" type "levers" don't work well for me. Don't want powered chair as I want to be able to use the chair even when the electricity goes out. It LOOKS nice, but comfort and ease of use are more of a priority for me. The brown chair was the only color that showed the lever type I wanted. I would have taken any color that had the older type lever. Ease of assembly (not having to guess where the lever access is) would have gotten more stars.
The recliner material is very thin and after a week can now feel the spring when seating was easy to put together but quality is nor what expected I don't think it will last a year this is the worst pRODUCT I HAVE order from walmart i sure will i could have saved the money and order one that was better Quilty over all quilty is very poor. I not a young person i am in my 80 and the only one who uses this recliner there are no other living with me. So wish i could have got a better product .
I am handicapped I completed online that the delivery has to be at my door since I can't lift or move the large box this recliner was delivered in. As you can see, the box was delivered on my driveway not at my door. It was set there until I could make arrangements for someone to come over and bring the recliner inside. They didn't even bother to ring doorbell or call. I received a notification you sent acknowledging you had received my delivery instructions. This was totally unacceptable. Refer to photo taken by driver attached I received from the driver.
The footrest is lower and the seat is softer than previous chairs of the same model I've gotten. I think they sent me a used chair that somebody sat in for a while and returned then they washed it and resold it as new. Either that or they made modifications. Either way I'm p!$$ed. I want one like the last one I got.
