Hoosier Hill Farm Chocolate Melting Wafers, 2 lb Bag

This chocolate is wonderful! I don't use the microwave. I put it in a non-stick skillet on low, stirring constantly to prevent burning. It melts beautifully, mixes like silk. I add cashews and pour onto waxed paper or parchment that I preset on a cookie sheet. The sheet goes in the fridge and is ready in about 10 minutes. I break apart and have cashew bark! It's beautiful and delicious! I have bought it twice and will buy it from now on!!

I really liked the taste, I even tried them straight from the bag. I love that they are chips because it makes it easy to just use what you need. I also like that it has a resealable bag. I think this would makengreat chocolate for making Christmas goodies.

This chocolate melt wafers are perfect for decorating cookies and all kinds of deserts. It melts easily as it contains twice the amount of fat compared to regular chocolate chips. The package doesn't say Dark chocolate or milk chocolate. I would say it's milk chocolate. Easy to work with, tastes great on strawberries, and you get a little a lot for what you pay for.

These chocolate wafers are delicious! They are super easy to use in recipes or eat them on their own. They are a pantry staple in our home.

Unfortunately nothing to do with the product itself...but my Hoosiers Hill Farm Chocolate was one big hard glob when i received it. The Texas SUN had melted it completely... I was so disappointed because I really wanted the wavers as snacks for my... MUST have CHOCOLATE now days !! 😂 I returned the package %26 now I guess I'll have to wait till the fall before I try again 😥 Can't wait !!
