I usually liquify it first, but I have mixed this in with the same brand's malted milk and regular milk powder. I have mixed it in my coffee. Be forewarned it's not a sweetener if you are only familiar with other brands. I trust Hill Farm's products and their customer focus is strong and responsive. It's unlikely you'll need to contact them about their products, but they are helpful even if you have issues with those who carry their products.

This is the best cocoa I have ever tasted. I'm on my 4th container. Wish it came in a bigger one. It taste so fresh and clean. Nothing like the old Nestlé brand, so much better quality and taste. I've even added some to my homemade cinnamon roll dough. It raises it a few notches.
