Hoosier Hill Farm Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 1 lb Jar

I always buy the Hooiser Hill Farm brands cause I know without a doubt their products are the best. Flakes don't cake together as others do. Blends well when making vegan cheese sauce , texture is great just sprinkled on top of foods. The taste is great. Very happy customer. Love the container it comes in stays air tight and fresh. Plus, I save when empty to use with other homemade stables I make each year.

This makes tofu taste like McDonald's chicken nuggets. It has b vitamins including b12 according to the ingredients list. It is a complete protein according to what I read on the internet.

I use this to top practically everything I cook—it's good in achieving somewhat of a cheesy taste. I use this with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon, and cashews to make a sauce for pasta. Love it more than Alfredo sauce!

These nutritional yeast flakes rank in the top of what I've had. It's its own unique flavor that adds nutty savory taste to food. I'm floored by the amount of B vitamins in this. I could eat it plain to get that benefit and it be good.

This was my first time using nutritional yeast. The odor is a bit abrasive upon first opening the container. I added it to my salad but I'm not sure if I should have added a dressing as well because I think the flavor was a not especially delightful to me.
