A breakfast standard
This is just the right size for a fast batch of SOS and toast for breakfast for cold winter mornings. It's still as tasty as it was when I was a kid too.

I like dried beef gravy over biscuits once in a while. This beef is very tasty and a good price.

Love this stuff for dips
This dried beef is great for making what I call a chip beef ball. I take sour cream,green onions and cut this up into small bite size pieces put in refrigerator for a few hours. It's delicious on crackers. You can keep it stocked in your cabinets because it has long shelf life so you're ready anytime for company dip and they love it. I have never made it and had leftovers because it's all eaten up.

Quick shipping. BUT one jar of chipped beef is broken and there is no way to contact Walmart to have it replaced. I have looked all over the website. Link says to select Contact us and there is no way to contact you! Very frustrating.

Do not order on line
I ordered twelve jars of the Hormel Dried Sliced Beef! Three jars arrived damage. One jar was broke, the other two the seals were broken. As you can see from the photo, the meat is not any good! The jars were put in a box with out any type of packing material or dividers to prevent the jars from being damaged!!
