I purchased this to combact the gnats that managed to gget inside. I usually purchase this every Summer to help keep them at bay and one treatment usually lasts the entire Season. We tend to have a few backyard get togethers and the gnats will get in as we the doors are opened frequently then. Eady to use, can reenter the area in a few hoyrs and doesn't leave an odor nor residue on the furniture and appliances. i use 3 to covercthe entire home (about 1100 square feet. Greaat for enclosed spaces and doesn't ruin our houseplants. Great to keep tthe buggies and crawlies away.
I have a storage building next to my house it's quite big I took this out put it on the stool cupboard in big paper towel towels and shot it off. I had a hard time getting it to lock but that could be me cause I don't have a lot of strength in my hands. Locked up the unit and left it for about four hours. It was so clean when I went in there I never expected to see a thing but boy was I shocked when I opened the door to check it and remove the canister. They were buggies and lots of water bugs getting their last rights. We've used these for years and I just think they're wonderful. My math brain has a calculate how many I would need since 2000 ft.³ isn't anything like 2000 ft.². It depends on the height of where you're putting it.
Absolutely love these. Lasts for months. I generally use them about every 6 months. Over the years I have a tip however, dust everything and thoroughly vacuum first because it kills lots faster and lasts an awful lot longer. Does really well to get into nooks and crannies. It even makes a huge difference on those tiny bugs house plants can get… and if a fly comes in… dead.
had several flying insects in my shop, opened one can, shut the door for the night, next morning they had all met there fogger fate! Didnt notice any odor and opened shop back up and went back to business as usual
A renter brought in an air fryer, which was carrying little guests. I was horrified! I immediately went out and purchased Hot Shot because I knew (from experience) my little problems would disappear almost instantly. And they did! Thank you, Hot Shot! Love a product I can buy and forget about because I know it will work every time!
While I was gone on vacation roaches got into my home-but one use of this stuff and they were all killed, and in the last 6 months there has never been any more seen. I bought a backup pack of this -just in case any ever want to return to my home-It is far better to be safe than to be sorry!
There is some odor so you will need to air out the area. A lot of dead bugs on the floor but there were some still crawling about , so I will have to do a follow up. Overall easy product to use %26 does work but you may have to do a follow up.
It got rid of the gnat and housefly problem after we left the doors open while renovating. However there was still a lingering odor of the spray. Turned on all the fans with the windows open and the smell was gone in about three hours. We also covered our TV's and leather furniture with drop cloths to protect the screens and finish.
Used this in a garage and followed the instructions to a T, but live spiders seen on ceiling the next morning so not sure it actually killed anything.
I purchased this product to get rid of the cockroach infestation problem In my small apartment, what a disappointment. I set off five canisters as directed for my living space. Stayed away for about three and a half to four hours, twice as long as directed, got home to see if they were exterminated, what a disappointment not even half of them were exterminated. Very disappointed. Do not buy this product. It doesn't work.
