Appreciated the timeliness of this order. I drink barley water regularly and I am in much better health for doing so.

It serves the purpose and product is clean as mentioned

Bag had a small leak but other than that it's perfect.

I bought the 6 lb size, came in one large bag. I broke it up into three jars for storage. The barley is very clean with no foreign matter. The first batch was delicious (I cooked for 23 minutes in an instant pot, 2.5/1 water/barley after soaking)

Hulled barley is usuallu hard to find in large quantities so I bought the 10 pound bag. The barley arrived quickly. My wife and I cook with the barley in several recipes especially soups and stews. It tastes fresh and good. Definitely recommend.

I had a problem with diabetes. I switched simple starches for hulled barley, which has a lower glycemic index (i.e. takes longer to digest, lowering blood sugar spikes.) It made a major difference.

I did not like the idea of NOT talking to an American. Of NOT being able to "UNDESTAND" that person OR any of if them and I don't like having to ask them over and over " WHAT DID YOU SAY? TALK SLOWER!" Abd asking me for information they and you should have already withiut me having to look for it.
