Will keep 3 years and are a meat substitute
Lentils are a staple in my kitchen - it lasts forever, can be used in all kinds of things in the kitchen. its high in protein (it can virtually be a meat substitute), has that unique yellow color and smells wonderfully when cooking. I use it to make bread, soup, side dishes, dips and spreads, omelets, eggs, desserts and so much more. I put my lentils in a glass jar with a rubber seal and they will keep about 3 years.

Wonderful lentils
Lentils are so versatile, they make a great substitute for meat and a soyless tofu. This brand is great! It's grown in Canada and the USA and packaged in Mexico. The price is so good. I stock up on these when I need them and the taste is the best.

GREAT LENTILS
Lentils are full of protein, more than eggs. Jesus ate lentils back in the day. You can cook with any meat even though lentils replace meat. I use chicken thighs. Carrots, onions, celery, chilies, cook til tender. Very filling, low cost meal.

Cook Up Firm and Tasty
These little lentils are tasty. They are shaped in a smaller size than I used to buy but these cook up nicely and hold their texture. Full of protein and work well in soups and stews.

Too small the lentils. Not round enough for a hearty soup. Maybe it was just the harvest on this one I bought. First time encountering this problem with this brand.

Comes with pebbles!
The package contained many small pebbles. Even after carefully removing them, a few still ended up in the cooked food, and I could feel them between my teeth. Very unpleasant.
