These lentils were the perfect shape and size for soup they boiled quickly. They didn't need soaking the entire bag fed an entire family of four for two days. What a blessing! Next time I might use the lentils in a wrap as a snack.

I like that these lentils are as good as the other brands. They cost less per bag and why spend more than you have to? These lentils are a good size and shape. I love using them for substituting protein in healthy stews and soups.

These lentils cooked up nicely in my instant pot. They can make a nice side dish in a short amount of time in an instant pot. Combine with vegetable broth, chopped onion, chopped yellow bell peppers and season to taste. I find cooking in the instant pot for ten minutes make a perfect texture.

I usually buy their red lentils to get some extra protein but decided to try the regular color ones to see if I like them, as they are cheaper. Since I don't like them the same, I am plan on roasting the rest of them for a snack with spices. Once these are gone, I will go back to my red ones. I do like their color and shape, as well as their taste.
