I like that these lentils are as good as the other brands. They cost less per bag and why spend more than you have to? These lentils are a good size and shape. I love using them for substituting protein in healthy stews and soups.

These lentils were the perfect shape and size for soup they boiled quickly. They didn't need soaking the entire bag fed an entire family of four for two days. What a blessing! Next time I might use the lentils in a wrap as a snack.

These are great, they are honestly great to boost up your iron. I create all types of dishes with this. I have created lentil soup. I have replace my beans for the lentils. In the mixture, I add carrots, celery, red peppers, green peppers, onions, and other spices and it all works great for the flavor and for the iron I can provide some pictures, but you cook as you wish. I provided a photo of my lentils and everything in it before being cooked. I have placed portions of lentil soup in my freezer to eat throughout the week to boost up my iron.

I usually buy their red lentils to get some extra protein but decided to try the regular color ones to see if I like them, as they are cheaper. Since I don't like them the same, I am plan on roasting the rest of them for a snack with spices. Once these are gone, I will go back to my red ones. I do like their color and shape, as well as their taste.
