So far so good. Haven't seen necessarily physical improvements yet but ive only been taking them for a couple weeks now. I have noticed I have more energy throughout the day but i take other supplements too so i can't necessarily say thats due to taking these.

I like the Collagen tablets, easy to take. And I think Collagen helps your skin and nails. Collagen is also good for scar tissue. Good product.

They are kind of big but digestible.

I ordered these and was short about 15 pills not sure if someone else has stolen them out the bottlu or if they came that way. I really haven't seen much difference since I've been using them .

I like the ingredients in this collagen but I do dislike the fact I have to take 3 large pills twice a day. I also dislike that only 60 pills come in this container which is only like 20 days. Overall it does make my skin look pretty good.
