Improve the exterior you from the inside.
This item is recommended for healthy hair, nails, and skin. Some have had noticeable improvement in all three areas. The capsules are easy to swallow.

Biotin and Collagen in one bottle
I really like this product. I feel better now and my skin seems tighter and looks smoother. Before this combo supplement purchase, I was using two products. A 5000 mg biotin and separate collagen powder. Price wise, I am paying about the same for the one product as I was for two. The supplement is in capsule form(3 capsules are the dose per day), so I no longer need to desolve a collagen powder in a hot beverage as I once did.

Works great for me.
This product definitely has helped me! I've seen a lot of growth in my nails %26 especially my hair (I'm in my 40's). I get a haircut more frequently now %26 my hairdresser says she sees a lot of new hair growth coming in. You have to stay consistent with taking it this product.
