Product is fine. It's just that every order is later than said. If Walmart wants ppl to pay a annual fee they have to commit to a timeline of when the product will be delivered and commit to it. Over the last month I have purchased multiple products and at least half have been delivered at least 3 or more days late. That's unacceptable when I live in a city non rual area.

I loved the style of this bike and specially the seat. Its very comfortable and the dual shock gives a lot of relief for riding long. Breaks are gears are very sturdy and do not require much maintenance

I expected it would arrive in a heavy box and I would have to assemble, but it came completely assembled and I just rolled it into the garage! So easy!

quick, easy to put together. don't pay extra to have it done. you can!! awesome looking, built great, sturdy. but can't even test it out Christmas morning because its missing couple of pieces that hold the front wheel on! only reason i gave it 4 stars.

the good thing is the bike was put together. the bad thing is missing parts handlebars were twisted around, it has missing plastic off the electrical cords. it is missing the paperwork, the instructions and, the warranty, you're guaranteed. please send those things ASAP.

I was disappointed! I got this bike for my godson and it appears that one of the tires had rotted out, within a week of use it got flat and you could tell it was an old tire while the other was new. I'm not sure what the folks did at Walmart, switching a tire and all but it's a shame! Had to get a new tire for a new bike!

Bike arrived fast and looked great but unfortunately the chain was hopelessly stuck between the sprocket so bike was unusable. Walmart is supposed to ship a new bike to arrive today but they are showing no record of the shipment at all. In the meantime we have a very disappointing nine year old with no Santa gift and winter break almost over. Thanks a lot Walmart for the broken promises :(

the bike came with tires that had holes in them. filled up the tires upon receiving only for them to go flat during first ride. found out they had holes and had to replace both tires. ridiculous.

Ordered 2 days ago for pickup, the next day as I was driving I got a notification saying out of stock. Yesterday I ordered it online to get delivered to my house that same day… it was not delivered and the representative said for sure by 8pm. It was my son's birthday present and he went to be upset waiting for it. Called today and supervisor say they didn't have a delivery truck to fit it so it won't come damaged… it got delivered today only to the wrong house. I had to knock on the neighbors doors to find it sitting on someone's from porch and they thought it was a gift for them. It came severely damaged unridable. The seat is torn, the frame is scratched I am furious!! Called Walmart 5 times and the supervisor hung up after explaining everything to him just because he didn't want to resolve my order as I was very respectful!

Ordered this bike online but did not get delivered. They said there is no ETA for delivering and when I request refund they said it will take more than 10 days to get it refunded.
