Hyper Bicycles 24" Shocker Mountain Bike, Adult Ages 13+, Black/Red

Bought this for my 11 year old he is about 5'0 tall and weights abt 100 lbs this fits him perfectly and still has years for him to grow on it. Perfect buy and super sturdy

My son really LOVED the colors and the looks of the detailed parts on the bike. He was very excited from the moment he saw it in the box and even more so after we took it out of the box. Dad %26 I were very pleased to see him so happy about his new bike %26 I couldn't wait to finish assembling it for him. Thank You Walmart for giving my son the happiness he deserves for a reasonable price.

As far as brand name goes, we have 4 different bikes from the same company, all which have been purchased at either a Walmart store or Walmart.com, also we always buy the Square Trade protection plans. They are affordable compared to more expensive name brand bikes, but they are not so easy to assemble or adjust when they come out of the box or off the rack. My husband likes a challenge and likes to be his own version of a handyman so he has no problem taking time to get the bikes suitable for our kids. My advice, get the warranty plan and be able to tinker with adjustments or at least find someone who is able to fix bikes and not charge an arm and a leg.

Packaging and Assembling it was pretty easy, making some clingy sound when shifting gears only other than that my 10 yr old son is loving it, i rode is once as well, pretty smooth can accelerate, brakes are good as well. My son complains about the shape and comfort of the seat though, will take some time to get used to it may be. Still need to take it off road and check how it feels.

We had the bike delivered. We took out of the box to assemble and it was missing hardware! Try explaining to a child that they cant ride their Christmas present because pieces are missing! Major disappointment!

I got this bike for my son who is 14, he loved the size and the design but sadly so many problems brakes and the chain was not working. We tightened the brakes after a lot of effort and, sadly his first ride the chain falls completely. We were so disappointed.

I bought this bike for my son for Easter, put it together and discovered it was missing the quick release piece. I went to Walmart to get help getting the missing piece. They told me to take it apart and send it back to get a refund. 100% not helpful and now my son cannot use his Easter gift. Terrible customer service.

When you live in a smaller house, you cannot always put things together before Christmas. Can you imagine the disappointment of a little boy when he wakes up and cannot ride his bicycle because the front bolt that holds the wheel to the bike was not in the box. I will not order something like this from Walmart again.

The box had large holes in it and was pushed in (as if it was laid on its side and it states on the box Do not lay on side) the front rim was bent (unusable) and the threads on the rear axle were damaged (we fixed them) I believe FedEx damaged this bike.

This bike arrived with the wrong front wheel (will not fit) and the circularr piece connecting the frame to the handlebars bent. My husband can fix and put together anything so he managed to get the handlebars on but after the wheel wouldn't fit and was the wrong type we were DONE. I should have known with the condition the box was in...I took a pic before we opened it just in case. Walmart clearly sent us a return without checking the item and customer service was less tgan helpful on getting me a replacement before we leave for vacation. My son is very disappointed.
