Hyper Tough 26cc 2-Cycle Gas Powered 18 in Straight Shaft String Trimmer

Not a bad weedeater. The bulb on my last weedeater was cracked so I ordered this one. It's longer than my last one and a bit heavier. I will definitely be ordering a shoulder strap since this one does not come with one. I was amazed that not once did I have to stop to change up the cord. I edged the front and back yard in one pass. So nice. It also came with an extra precut cord. We shall see how it goes over the summer.

I needed a weed Wacker right away I looked at Lowes and home depot they were I little higher then what I had at hand to pay and I believe not as good quality as what I got from Walmart. I ordered it one day and got it the next day was also able to track it to the minute with real time tracking from Wal mart. Thank you very much walmart. I have recommended it to a few of my friends. :)

Good weed eater. Got a lot of power, will get the job done. It has got way more power than the Craftsman you will not regret it. I was cutting weeds up to my knee cut it with no problem.

Only had for a month, but plenty of power and starts right up. Great buy for the price. Easy to put together. Debated getting a more expensive but will see how long this lasts. Yes I'm skeptical but seems solid. Cuts through big weeds/small tree starts

When I place the order for a light weed eater this is what Shown, it's definitely not a light weedeater. After putting it together and trying it was heavy.

The trimmer is well built and comfortable to use for a homeowners model. The only thing is I think the speed feed head on the previous model was better built and easier to wind up.

Lets see if this one lasts. Usually trimmers break every two to five years. So far its a good home trimmer. It needs some kind of winder handle to install the string. Needs a bigger better guard around string. And a damper around exhaust. Needs more hp cc. Needs bigger handle. Overall its a good little trimmer.

Purchased this grass trimmer 4/25/2025 and it is no longer working. Started out working great and 5 months later, NOTHING! Wanted to stick with HyperTough equipment bc I have others made by this company. What a disappointment! Will be returning to store for refund or replacement

This String Trimmer is extremely heavy, bulky and difficult to use. It has a safety feature that needs to be depressed in order to give it gas and use. It constantly needs to be re-stringed which is a pain and time consuming. I would not recommend it.

I did not get to use it ten times before problems with it bogging down. First thing to check was the non-existent air filter. I have been a professional landscaper for over 20 years and honestly can not and would not recommend this. Had high hopes on a budget. Possibly, I purchased a dud, but it's a good thing i purchased the 2 year warranty. Hopefully it works out.
