my utility knife came without blades

Best putty knife
This one and a half inch putty knife, made by hyper tough, sold at Walmart for around $4 is an absolute steal. Easily compares in quality and durability to similar products made by Husky and Purdy for less than half the price. I am a commercial painting contractor and go through putty knives routinely. Finding a high-quality putty knife for less than $4 at my local Walmart was a Godsend. The guys I work with are routinely trying to steal this knife from me "because we like it"... the best feature of this putty knife is how flexible the stainless steel blade is and how soft and comfortable the handle is. Perfect for spackling small areas, scraping nonsense off the surface to be painted, and other miscellaneous tasks. I'm in the process of stockpiling many of these knives because of how good and cheap they are. Make sure that you heed my advice and go buy plenty of these knives as they are worth every penny.
