The only thing I found unacceptable is the 18 lbs instead of the standard rice bag weighing 20 lbs of a similar size

At the beginning the quality was great and so was the flavor. However, lately you can see the rice is different. It looks super dry. As different types of grains were mixed together.

very uneven cooking rice for me at least
this is some of the most uneven cooking rice I've ever had I made several different pots obviously out of this big bag and every single one turned out bad some of the rice was crunchy some of it was mushy maybe it's user error but I don't have any problem with the Great value brand rice it always turns out perfect

Bad, hard quality rice. Takes a while to get it soft. This rice isnt even jasmine rice
