Great Product

[Employee of walmartcanada] We took this camping and froze two ice cream pails of ice and after the 3 days of camping when we were tossing the leftover water there were still ice chunks in it. It was the September long weekend so it wasn't really hot but I was still inpressed.

Top does not screw on, it is just popped on. Hoping it will not become loose over time. When it arrived one of the two I ordered had a rope that could be used to tie the lid to the handle. The clasps on it are plastic. They are difficult to release. I am assuming the one that was missing was gone as a result of it being broken already.

Best feature is the Spigot. Most have a rubber dome over the mouth of the spigot that you depress to release beverage. these crack over time. This one has a hard plastic button that stands up to the rigors of the catering business. The only suggestion I would make is to design an upscale version that visually would be more appealing on a buffet line at events such as weddings & cocktail parties. All black in color, a less noticeable Logo and of course, no cup dispenser on the side.

I received the correct cooler, but the cup dispenser and cups were not attached even though this particular cooler should have had them attached. There's another exact cooler that has NO cup dispenser and that is the one that I received, I think this cooler had been used because the inside bottom was scratched up AND there were several spots that looked like mold. I reordered, and hopefully, I'll get the correct cooler.

It leaked from the moment I filled it up. Then the return was a hassle dealing with FedEx, I had to go thru 2 different ones and still had someone at the corporate store trying to act like they couldn't take it. I just hope when I get the replacement that it happens quickly and doesn't leak so I don't have to deal with exchanging it again.

its only cone cups not regular cups not pacific on the cups top it all off the thier writing in the inside of the lid that will not come off. i took a picture but some reason unable to post it here. and it was so gross to see little tiny flies in side when i was washing it.
