I honestly don't know why there's bad reviews for this thing. It cleans so much better than my expensive shark does. It's more powerful, Better cleaning and it actually maps its route which I like it won't smack into you when you're standing there, it actually senses you and turns around which I love.

I purchased tis item some time ago and the battery went wonky on me. When I saw this item on sale at $48 I couldn't pass up the deal. This robot vacuum is new and improved from previous versions. I noticed this version( same model) reads when it is an hardwoods or carpet and adjust speed settings automatically, which I found to be a huge improvement. They also upgraded the roller brush so it doesn't get so clumped with pat hair which is a HUGE plus. Overall this version is great, the company did a good job at listening to their costumers and fixing issues within this specific model.

I marked I wouldn't recommend because the battery life isn't the best. It will just stop running all at once, in random places. Plus without the app, it won't work, which isn't terrible but as the mom, I have the app, my family doesn't so they can't use unless I am around.

I've been using this weekly for 5 months. It started out wirking great. It cleaned carpet and laminate really well, and it was quiet...hardly any noise at all. Suddenly this week, it's very loud, keeps dropping the dust bin, and can't find it's way back to the charging port. I've taken it apart and cleaned the roller brush and made sure norhing was stuck, or loose, etc. 🤷‍♀️ It's rather frustrating.

Wow, this vacuum picks up OK it only cleans the 6 foot area. You set it down in or turn it on in. It does not go into other rooms other parts of the rooms and it continuously unfortunately says obstruction please remove obstruction when it's sitting in the middle of a room And nothing around it.

Misleading -- the mapping starts when you ask it to clean your house first time. It's cleaning and mapping but the it stops after 12 feet or so and turns around so if you have a living room that's 20 feet -- you are only getting 12 feet mapped. Might work for a small apt for a suburban home this can't work.

For the price, this robot vacuum seemed like a great value but unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. Straight out of the box, the vacuum wouldn't power on at all. I downloaded the app, followed all the troubleshooting steps, removed the battery, reseated everything, and still couldn't get it to turn on. It's brand new and affordable, but mine arrived completely dead, so I have to return it. Hoping I just got a defective unit because it seemed promising otherwise.

Worked for about a month. Got stuck under kitchen counter and broke the plastic wheel assembly on the right side. Easy fix if the company would answer the phone and let you purchase the $ part to fix it. Company reply is the don't have the part for sale.

Honest review: It has a sensor but bangs everything, I watched it clean the same spot for more than 10 minutes. It “cleaned” 3sq ft for more than 10 minutes (I wish I could say I was joking but I'm not) yes I watched it to see if it would correct it self and it did not. It gets stuck on my carpet, yes stuck it stops mid carpet clean and turns off. I watched it do circles round my kitchen table (the leg not the whole table just one leg) it banged into said kitchen table leg more than 30 times while trying to go around it. After “cleaning” the kitchen which it didn't do a good job at all it made it self sow the hallway into one of the bedrooms. When clicking return to home on the app it continued to hit walls and couldn't find its way back. We had to pick it up and walk it all the way back to the charger and when I clicked “return to home/charge” on the app with the charger being right in front of it, it rolled itself across the kitchen to the living room on to the carpet and powered off. Is this worth it NOOOOO

This vacuum has some type of defect as it never returns home correctly. I reached out to the company since the brochure said “DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE” the company has terrible customer service and said that since the item was bought on clearance they don't care what's wrong with it there is no warranty. Told me to return it to the store and leave them alone. I am returning due to poor customer service from the vacuum company. I'm not going to spend that much on a vacuum that doesn't work and then be told it's not under warranty.
