These pots have gone up in price, so they are not the value that they used to be in the past, but still they are the only pots I buy. They produce consistent results for rice, although I do recommend that if you are using the larger pot that you use less water than normal because it does not evaporate as well as the smaller pots and leaves your rice on the sticky side. The larger the pot, the sticker the rice is.

My caldero set came today..pots are lighter than my giant 11.6 qt..but overall it is in excellent condition, not warped, bent and lids fit perfectly!! So feel blessed despite a few bad reviews ( they didn't season the pots 1st before use on some bad reviews that I noticed), glad I still ordered it. About to wash and season these pot in the oven before Use. Already preset oven. you have to season these pot seen some bad reviews..notice the just washed and used without seasoning it first. Order this set cause needed pots for making smaller family size portions of Puerto Rican rice, soups and picadillo recipes. A very Early Happy Halloween Bday present to me!!

I loved the pots but my Daughter Inlaw loved her Christmas gift i divided the pots in 3 different Xmas gifts for my daughter Inlaw %26 my son ,we played a game and each one were puzzled but they were surely cracking up and it made Christmas funny this year 2023 what can I say, I love ❤️ Walmart, especially on line, definitely a satisfied customer

The price for all 3 of them is very good. I had compared to other places. The material is light weight . I personally like the lids for on nicely. And at first use food didn't stick like I thought it might. I followed the recommended instructions for what to do before using them .

These things are awesome. They are kind of rough cut so when I washed them I went over the edges with a scouring pad to smooth them out. Definitely a product you can't be lazy about because it's not treated with nonstick chemicals. You've gotta season them by applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the inside (all over the inside, not just bottom) and then heating them up on the stove until they're hot. And these things will get hot! Don't touch the handles with bare hands while cooking! The lid handle is black nylon so it won't burn you to take off the lid but the side handles will, so use an oven mitt or dish towel to protect from heat while handling. You can put these in the oven to bake but don't put the lid in or the nylon handle will melt. I've made chicken and rice, pork chops, paella, soup, chicken biscuit casserole, and cornbread in these so far. The smallest one can make a meal for 2 or a main dish that can serve 4. I fit a big family pack of bone in pork chops (10 of them!) and 2 cups of rice (all together) into the largest one and still had room. They cook evenly, the rice comes out fluffy and the meat is so tender you almost don't have to chew it. The biggest complaint I have seen in the reviews is that the pots turn black on the inside. They will, unless you season them the way I said at the start of my review. Don't forget after washing (please hand wash) to dry it with a towel quickly and completely or it will rust. Before the teflon stuff this was common knowledge among chefs, professional or otherwise.

These were a bday gift and they were well received! Great cookware. I was a bit annoyed by the pick up process at the store, as these pots were already not packed in a box like most cookware, but there was no bag given during pick-up and i specifically asked for one. It would have made it easier to carry. That was the only reason for the 4 star rating. But the cookware itself gets a 5 star.

I have not used them yet but we love cast aluminum pots. I have never used one as small as the smallest one but was excited to see it. I am still debating if to give them to a family member as a house warming present or just buy her another set, since the price is so great!

The pans heat evenly and have an attractive appearance, which I greatly appreciate. However, I am giving them 4 stars because they require the use of oil, butter, or cooking spray to prevent food from sticking. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them.

Have not used as they were just received 07/02/21. Came with scratches, the lids have very rough edges, nicks and a white chalky film on the pots. Would have done better purchasing at the Latino store. Was unable to submit picture of the lid uneven surface.

I received the pans damaged, but I desperately had to use it so I decided to keep it the way it is because I've already used it but if I didn't have to use it, I would've returned it because that's crazy. The whole top of the big pan is warped.
