I've had knee joint soreness that interfered with my walking and kept me from running for several years. I reduced inflammatory foods in my diet. That helped. After 2 weeks of daily Super Turmeric, I hardly notice the soreness any more. I'm pretty happy about that. It's a daily dose for me from now on.

I bought this because everybody was talking about it so I decided to try it and I recommend it 100% because I have lupus and arthritis and a combination of other stuff and this pill has taken away my joint pains and my muscle pains. I used to wake up and have to worry about 5 or 10 minutes before getting out of bed because my knee joints and shoulder where are unbearable and all through the day with pain. taking this pill for a week now and I can tell you that I wake up no knee pain, no feet cramp, no pain in my hands - Don't hurt No More before I used to Bend down and I couldn't get up without help and now I could bend and get up with no help from anybody. I'm glad i decided to buy. Buy and see for yourself. this is my opinion and i know everyone is different, but it sure works for me.

May be too soon to honestly say this stuff really works, but after turning 60 2 months ago I had to try. Been going to pain management drs and received opioids and treatments. Going to try supplements now to see if going to the source of my problems will be better.

Works well for me. Reduced pain minimally in a couple of days. Gradually decreased every day.

i have arthritis in my left leg, bought this to help relieve the inflammation. being on this 15days of the 30day supply. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. THIIS IS BETTER IN FOOD MADE IN INDIA. HAS NO HEALING PROPERTIES AT ALL. THE COMPANY NEVER BENCH TEST THIS HERB BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET. THEY EVIDENTLY THINK THE CONSUMER IS STUPID AND WILL BUY ANYTING BECAUSE THE COMPANY SAY SO. I MATCHED THIS HERB UP AGAINST ASPERCREME THAT I NORMALLY USED AND ASPERCREME TOTALLY BLEW INATAFLEX OUT OF THE WATER. IN 15MIN I HAD RELIEF STARTING WITH ASPERCREME. .....NOTHING FROM INSTAFLEX. THE RELIEF FROM INSTAFLEX IS SO MINOR THAT TAKING ADVIL, ALEVE, TYLENOL WOULD BE BETTER. LIKE I SAID A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
