Again exactly as described it was a great purchase but be warned the battery packs one of them did come broken it's just the little stabilizing tab that broke So still fully functional and they work great but, they are really hard to get into the controllers and it is a very tight fit.

Very nice! Everything fits and seems to be correct and working. Not working for my controller that came with my xbox one when we bought it 5-6 years ago but probably cause the controller is old and broken

I never opened the box. Returned to get the PlayStation 5 version. Walmart associate that processed my return messed up my return causing a delay in my refund.

Does not come with instructions. It did fit in my controller very well but it doesn't fit the charging dock like in the photo and since there are now instructions I don't know the proper way to charge. No matter what way I place it they fall out.

it does not fully charge. it says in description its for all different xboxes but on the bottom of the charging stand says its only for xbox one S series. ive had it on charge for over 9 hours and its not fully charged. its only supposed to take a couple hours to fully charge. would not recommend this to anyone

The batteries never charge past halfway so you end up getting the battery low message quickly and often while playing the game. Actual batteries last longer than a half charged battery from this charger. I ended up buying a Nyko charger instead. Never had an issue with that brand. I ordered this because the Nyko was out of stock but I wish I had just waited.

Before this brand I bought 3 different ones for my xbox controller. This one is definitely the worst. It's too large for the xbox controllers and you nearly have to break it to get it to fit, it takes extremely too long to charge and the battery life lasts for maybe 6-8 hours of play, and the charger it comes with hardly fits into the charger port and has yet another thing you have to jam into place and nearly break.

The cradle will not hold 2 controllers and charge both of them. It's super sensitive so if someone even breaths too hard anywhere near it, it will stop charging. You have to play with it to even get a sweet spot for it to even charge in the beginning. Not worth the hassle.
