Received wrong item, but return was easy

So far, we have this filter for over a month and our intex 14 foot pool has remained beautiful. We got this in combination with a salt water chlorination system. In the past, we could not keep our pool from being cloudy and gross. These products have been a saving grace.

Works well. Purchased as a replacement for Polygroup Best Waves 16x48 pool. Very happy with purchase.

This was a terrific purchase. It works better than the filter that came with the pool. Easy set-up and keeps water crystal clear!!!

This pump/filter works great! It is even better than the original one that came with the pool. We had a big storm that blew our pool cover off and put a lot of debris in our pool. This filter had it taken care of in less than 24 hours. My only complaint is the instructions.

Came with pieces missing

I'm not happy I brought this about a month ago and I'm spending more time trying to keep the pool clean then enjoying my pool..I have to backwash it before it hits the 5 in the yellow or there's no suction I probably could have brought a cheaper one and would work better.. I called them about this and just hung up cause I couldn't understand the people .. and for the size of the pump i think there should be way more suction .definitely wouldn't recommended getting this

Purchased other intex products, very pleased, not so with this one, have used only #20 sand, after several different brands, dust particles all over bottom of pool, constant back washing., and rinse, tried zeosand, better than the #20, $36.00for 50lbs, now the drain leaks, purchased june of last yr,called. Intex, I had a realy hard job in understanding, the person, she never addressed the leak in the drain, she.asked if the pipe was damaged, no, we cked every piece of interior on the advice of pool service, have emptied. sand 4 times, her last response was, the filter does not pick up small particles, I explained I use a pool vacuum, but this is constantly been the problem since purchasing, told her I would not be purchasing any more of there products, word of mouth travels fast especially through the net. I am going to call intex one more time. I was informed through e-mail. the warranty is for 2yrs. Sam
