Really good filter and pump. Go with the saltwater version and sand filter pump it is very easy to maintain as opposed to traditional chlorine pools.

Our order was delivered quickly! We haven't installed our new pump yet but I am sure it's gonna work great !

This sand filter and salt water chlorinator is ABSOLUTELY the way to go. We used this Filter and fitted it to work with out Best Way 15x48 SteelMax above ground pool. Set up takes awhile and YouTube was our friend. However, after set up summer maintenance took a quarter of the time. Side Note: Adapters are needed for non-Intex pools and are not included with this filter.

Very easy to put it together. It's quiet and Kris the pool sparkling clean. The ONLY issue I have with it, is the salt cells. It hasn't worked for me but twice since putting it together. My salt levels are good. So are my other chemicals. I'm still getting a high salt reading. I have to clean the cells each day and sometimes it'll work, other times it doesn't. I get the high salt reading. I know it's not high. It's been checked several times.

Needed several additional items to get the pump up and running, I have a 12'x30' intex pool, because the pool is smaller than 16' the hoses do not attach to the pool without an adapter set, sold separately. Additionally you need 2 bags of pool sand and atleast 1-4 bags of pool salt on start up. I also needed another adapter, sold separately, to attach the aerator to my pool. Oddly some of the aerator adapter parts where included but not the actual adapter. If you need to lift the whole system off the ground, youll need 3 cinder blocks minimum. I still am eagerly awaiting the delivery of these adapters so have a half full pool and cant speak to the pumps functioning just wanted to give others a heads up and save them waiting on shipping.

This has got to be one of the quietest pumps we've had. It works great, easy to put together and easy to operate. I love that is has a timer on it, and a locking mechanism, so kids aren't able to mess with it. It is a strong pump. This is our first time dealing with salt or sand...so we were a bit iffy at first. The instructions were very clear and made it super easy to follow. Our pool looks better than it has in three years! We will never go back to a regular paper filter pump.

The filter part worked great but the salt cell never worked. I used all the settings - boost, chlorinate and filter - multiple times and it never produced any chlorine. Salt levels were correct so I think the salt cell must have been defective.

Bought this May of 2025. The rectangle box part that holds the cylinders that convert salt to chlorine is spewing water. Whatever they used to seal it did not work. So now I'm out the 400 bucks purchase price. They only cover for 30 to 60 days. Buyer beware
