Very decent pool for the price. Easy set up. The hardest part is leveling the ground where the pool will be placed I priced a steel-walled pool, same size and depth with installation and it was $5,700, and it wouldn't be installed until July. That's $4,700 more than the Intex.
This rating is for delivery only for right now. I am only giving a rating because I accidentally started the process when I was looking for information. But I just received my a few days ago so it is too early to get a rating overall . The delivery experience was great. He pulled up the man off loaded it. He was very nice and handled everything perfectly.
this size pool is the easiest for us to handle and big enough for all the kids to enjoy. the last 3 we have bought, Walmart had the best price when we were ready to purchase
the Intex pool product is totally fine, works great. I recommend you buy the pool, but fomr a completely different seller. this review is for the seller, whom greatly disappointed me. they advertised the product as coming with a 530 gph Intex pump, but when I received it, I got a 330 pump. I kindly reached out to see if they could replace the pump with what was advertised, and they told me no. they recognized it was their own fault, but failed to reconcile the mistake. that is how you know not to do business with someone. I even bought filters for the 530 pump because the listing said what type to buy... and they're wrong, because they falsely advertised the pump. very disappointing.
Pool was delivered and set up. Ended up having a hole in the seam . Contacted seller and Walmart. They want me to drain and send back the pool for replacement or refund. No contact was made from either source had to keep bothering them to help me. Currently still waiting.
The 10x30 pool is listed with the 530 GPH pump in the item description but comes with the inefficient 330 GPH pump. When contacted about the issue, they claim to not have the correct pump to replace it with. And it's also shown in the pictures to have the 1000 GPH pump, but it will be received with the cheap, small C330 pump that cannot keep up with the pool, so you'll need to spend money on extra chemicals to keep the water acceptable. Do not buy
This pool was hard to get together the poles gave us a hard time was not connecting at the end in we have to forse in to connect it was a struggle , we are disappointed and dissatisfied we won't be buying this type of set up or same pool , wanted to go smaller but this quality don't like it ,plus the filter is very small.
The pool is typical for the type, but the PUMP is a joke. It has absolutely the weakest pumping power I gave ever seen. It might work in my 10 gallon fish aquarium. My pool is green after only a couple weeks after no use. I'm putting a bigger pump on the pool and hopefully, things will clear up. That little pump has no pressure and those plastic clamps suck. one side of my T connector leaks, because the clamp isn't strong enough to make a good connection.
I just purchased this pool very carefully follow directions filled it and it's leaking somewhere from the bottom. This is absolutely unbelievable. Water is very expensive. I feel like I should get a full refund. I do not recommend this product. It was wrapped very well easy to put together, but I wouldn't buy another one and if you do take out the warranty because you're more likely to have a hole in it than not, but they're not gonna reimburse you for the water that you have to put into it very very disappointed. I've been buying Intex pools for years and they've never had such poor quality.
brand new pool delivered and the liner was torn. and the delivery driver who delivered was rude and there was puncture holes all over the box
