This pool is much nicer then i had thought. Fast shipping. Great quality. Instructions were easy to follow. Says setup takes 60min..realistic its about 2.5hrs with 2 people between unboxing setup and cleanup. Its big, id suggest setup on concrete. The ground cloth is just a thin tarp, i bought an extra layer for security.(amazon pool pad its like a felt material). Also does not come with solar cover. Amazon has that too. We are all enjoying it!

Really nice once you get it built. It definitely takes longer than a few hours to build. Total build took 1 full day and another half day with 4 people. The ladder is not very good for full size people. We replaced that with a deck ladder. The salt system seem decent I had to add chemicals for first time after 2 months of use. All chemicals were low. Would I buy it again? Yes. But I would have considered hiring the installer, but have no clue if they use a dedicated one or just someone off Angies list. If they use the latter one, then I would install myself. It is a very nice size pool for an above ground pool.

It was a great deal, shipping however wasn't the best experience! It comes freight. The semi driver was rude. Didn't think he could deliver to our home. Wanted me to meet him in town. Then I would have no way of getting it out of my truck bed. Customer service goes a long way, he could have just been nicer! We haven't got the pool set up yet. I'll come back and review once we do!

I love the pool. The only issue was that the pool lining started to rip down the middle. My yard was level too so I am not sure why it ripped so easily. I reached out to customer service and they were great and offered to replace but I had to return everything that came with the pool. That was a big job but I did it. I am still waiting for the new pool.

Haven't opened my pool yet because they ship with R%26L Carriers and they dropped my pool off at the very end of my driveway right next to the road where someone could just drag it off if they wanted, a very long ways from where im putting it up and it weighs 500 pounds. So just wanted to warn others that it may be dropped off in a random spot and i called and they will not come out and move it anywhere else.

did not receive. driver left by roadside. all I saw was a empty pallet. please help.
