I'm giving it a 5 stars because for the last 5 days my stomach has been off , I been taking these about 3 days in today my stomach feels a little better , not sure if it's feeling better because of these or not. no I didn't have the extra energy others say they have from them but I'll keep taking them in see.

I like it so far because is for my overall health it helps me lower my blood pressure and for my weight loss and I am grateful for this product.

Excellent product

The recommended dose is 3 capsules, but I took 1. Today was the first day in months I've had energy enough to cook dinner ! The energy is amazing, the positive thoughts, %26 the joy I've felt today was strictly because of this supplement. I will Be buying again.

I just got my first bottle April 9 delivered to my apartment. I did my research on the health benefits of Irish Sea moss and it said recommended to take in the evening because it helps with insomnia and stress. I was so excited to try sea moss because I had a friend who was telling me how well it worked for his health. i order a second bottle just to make sure Im getting all that this supplement has to offer as far as mens health. Glad i found it at such an affordable price. Will see over the next two months how well this works out for me.

This is my second order the first order seemed to be helping me but it got stolen and I was able to notice that it was helping and the difference when it got stolen. I reordered and felt better again. Love these sea moss capsules it is the truth
