They adjust buttons are really stiff and stick a little bit but other than that I am a widow and it really made installation nice and simple, especially for females and the extra plus is that I did not have to do any screwing or damage to this apartment that I have to get out of😂💯 Assembly was nice and simple. It's very sturdy as I said the only issue which was very small was the adjustment buttons.

fantastic- used for a very heavy secpnd story heater ac combi unit (VERY HEAVY!) My house is an older home so I was worried about hurting the woodwork or siding with this much weight, but its been a few months now and no damage, no indents, and been holding up in intense weather. well worth the investment to stabilize and install your window unit.

Easy to assemble and install quickly! Really holds too. No problems. Came back for another one. Support keeps noise level better and the AC unit can be straighter in the window. Use one downstairs, one up. Just added a bit of foam insulation around gaps. No problems, even with the bigger AC downstairs. Very worthwhile purchase.

I purchased a new window air conditioner. It came with a bracket , but I bought this one be it looked stronger. The insulation technician said that I did not need it .

This free's you up so you can manipulate the heavy a/c around while hooking up a drain and getting the angle just right. In the fall you can open the window to clean and cover. Makes airing the house so much easier.

Put my new 14,300 BTU A/C on this brace and worked out great in my new window. It supports the A/C nicely, and was easy to setup.

Easy to assemble and easy to place in window but had some sealing/ fitment issues with the 10,000 btu Midea AC and had to fiddle around with foam because couldnt get AC to sit just right on bracket but it holds the unit well and able to seal from elements good enough.

Previous purchase: Excellent. Sturdy therefore trustworthy. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust for window size, this is why I purchased again. However, the second purchase had size adapter buttons missing. Also, I could tell from the box that it had previously been returned. Had to return but I am never disappointed with Walmart's on-line or in- store customer service. I received an immediate refund. Excellent customer service.
