I give this to my wife and mother to maintain bone mass. The vitamin K2 is good for the circulatory system, too.

Good quality Calcium, plus it contains Vit. K. I always order the Capsules, though. The Tablets are large, and I had difficulty swallowing them.

This product has a good mix of Calcium, vitamin D and other essential minerals. I like that it is balanced and helps my bones.

Seems to help my joints and bones

I have been using this product for many years, but used to buy it through my local Co-op. Swanson's is much cheaper, and it is the same product and same brand. This product came highly recommended to me by the local Co-op, as they said it was the best for building bone.

I have been diagnosed to have chronic scoliosis during my teenage years. The only thing fortunate about this condition is that my back is not severely arched as what would expect it to be due to the condition presented. However, the only downfall of this condition is that I am always suffering from severe back pains that are sometimes even unbearable. I have consulted once again my doctor to ask if he could prescribe a supplement that would at least ease the pain. He gave me a sample of Jarrow Formulas Bone-Up Capsules and I decided to take it soon after. After about more than a week of use, I have already noticed a decrease in the painful sensation in my back. I guess I would continue using this as I have proven it effective.

Am allergic to shellfish and this causes problems finding something that is both effective and provides protection for my bones/joints. Bone-up works. To prove it, just stop taking it for a week and you will discover the discomfort that this product prevents.

I think it is a fine vitamin for the bones. I have been on it a number of years now, and I'm still going fine. Yes I have recommended it to others and my doctor also approved it. It's important to make the right decisions when it comes to your bone health. I am a petite woman, and as I age I need to be cautious in this area.

Half of the capsules were busted open and some looked kinda old. There was powder scattered in the jar. Not convinced they're safe to take. How do I know they're legit?
