I am taking Calcium to supplement side effects of PMDD. If you struggle with this too, I would definitely give this a try. I feel like more of a whole person when I take this. There has been an improvement in my mood overall and energy. The only thing is you will get the calcium all over your hands...it is kind of messy coming out of the bottle. and I think personally I don't like the taste of the capsules Solaray uses, but nothing that is enough to knock off a star because of the difference I've seen.

Wanted some calcium supplement as I don't take much diary. This meets my needs. Good quality capsules although capsule size is on the big side. I had to chew in half before swallowing. White content in veg caps with a neutral taste. One of my favorite brands! Ordered another 2 bottles to stock up.

I never received this from the company that was shipping it. So I got a non hassle refund from Walmart.

I did not order calcium citrate. I ordered calcium Caltrate. I want to return the citrate for a refund. Please send me whatever I need to it.

I was prescribed 2000 mg of calcium per day so you would assume that I would take two of these since it is labeled 1000 mg. After receiving product and reading directions it takes 4 capsules to get 1000 mg thus I would have to take 8 capsules per day!
