Though I generally like small tabs that dissolve quickly, these dissolve a little slower and are about the size of a sweet tart. The taste is good. I feel this is a very good product and I can feel the benefits of taking them. I would purchase again.

I was doing weekly b12 injections to help with energy being 67 years old. I really felt a difference with the b12 injections and I would try other b12 supplements with no affect. I googled what the best b12 supplements are and this brand came up. I am now on my 3rd bottle and I love them!!! The cherry flavor is wonderful and I see it as a treat to take each morning. I've tried several brands of sublingual methylcobalamine, and this is the only one that I've found which eliminates my symptoms of B12 deficiency. Since cyanocobalamine must be converted to be useful, and I've read that many people aren't able to do so effectively, I choose this form.

I particularly like this brand. It's a small chewable cherry flavored tablet. Not at all unpleasant and sure beats the B12 shots I was having to take. At the senior care clinic they check regularly for B12 and vitamin D defficiencies. It is great that the medical profession recognizes these needs. Since I've been taking this brand of B12 (one tablet per day) my tests are coming out good. I chew one tablet mid-afternoon. I like the lift and energy I get from them. I am going to be very honest. I have been taking these as directed for a month now. I really do not feel any different taking it, or not taking it. My wife can only take it ant night, because she feels it is too strong... I am going to assume that because I also take Natures Way Alive Ultra Potency, that I am not as deficient in B12 as the wife.

I have MS, and B12 is very important for us. My doctor wanted me to take a higher dose, and I was doubling up, but it was bulky taking 2 sublingually. Now I can take one at an even higher dose! My only complaint is that it takes a long time to dissolve, about 20 minutes.
