Jarrow Formulas Methyl B12 (Methylcobalamin) Cherry, Supports Brain Cells, 5000 mcg, 60 Lozenges

Sadly I was hoping for more from this, but it has aided with resting (sleeping) and less muscle cramps. But I did buy this because I've been taking B-12 for years with no results - then I did my research and realized I'd been taking the wrong kind, so hopefully as I keep taking this one it'll aide in other issues I've had for years.

Though I generally like small tabs that dissolve quickly, these dissolve a little slower and are about the size of a sweet tart. The taste is good. I feel this is a very good product and I can feel the benefits of taking them. I would purchase again.

We were using a B-12 supplement from a national brand. They no longer make the 500mcg tablets, so I had to find a replacement brand. in the process of researching B-12 I found that there are natural and synthetic types. i was amazed to find that the brand I had been using for years contained synthetic B-12. I came across the Jarrow Formulas brand of supplements, and was glad to see that they used the natural (Methyl) B-12. The reviews were good so I tried them. I think I found my new B-12 supplement. I like the cherry taste, the natural B-12, and they can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth. The price is a lot less than I was paying for the other brand.

This Vitamin B12 supplement has quickly brought my B12 levels to normal. Now I've been on them for a few years with blood testing results excellent. Highly recommend.

Works great for energy and the immune system as I get older. I also used it to help me get rid of a small blood clot in my leg. It worked. Methyl B-12 is absorbed better according to medical studies. The price here is lower than on Amazon.

I was doing weekly b12 injections to help with energy being 67 years old. I really felt a difference with the b12 injections and I would try other b12 supplements with no affect. I googled what the best b12 supplements are and this brand came up. I am now on my 3rd bottle and I love them!!! The cherry flavor is wonderful and I see it as a treat to take each morning. I actually find 4 lozenges to work the best for me. I hope more people find the wonderful affects of taking b12!! PS I never review products but I just had to let others know

repeat order. I like Jarrow brand items. This works well. So many of us are Vit B12 deficient. Lozenges work well to get the job done.
