I've trusted Jarrow products for years. This is a quality formula and helps me with memory and clarity of thought. Just wish it wasn't so pricey.

When I began taking phosphatidylserine I was having trouble coming up with words, felt foggy headed and tired. I immediately noticed a big difference. I am clear headed, my thought processes are good and I am not as tired. This is exactly why my doctor told me to take it. I started taking two per day and now I usually take one per day. It has made a difference in my life. I have taken it for about 3-4 years. If I forget to take it for a couple of days I can tell. Great product!

I've been using Jarrow PS-100 (phosphatidyl serine) for its incredible cognitive benefits for many years. Yes, phosphatidyl serine is expensive. And Jarrow isn't the cheapest brand on the market. But in my experience it is most definitely the best. Missing even one day of Jarrow PS-100 makes me fuzzy-headed in a way that compromises my mental performance. So I'm grateful to Swanson for carrying it at an extremely competitive price.

At the age of 56, I decided to go back to school. Well, let's just say that my memory was not like when I was 18. Excellent product. It is not cheap, but it is less expensive at Swanson's than any place else that I have found.

This would be my second bottle of PS from Jarrow. I took it 90% of the time and to be honest, I could not see an improvement in attention span, or concentration, or brain fog. The one thing that it did do, however, was improve my sleep. Not only was I able to go to sleep without my brain spinning around for hours, but in the morning, I could also remember all of my dreams! For that reason, I chose to stick with it. I also take other supplements for brain support, so I would say the intake of PS is somewhat higher than 100 mg. Maybe in the future I will purchase the 300 mg one, from Swanson. Most definitely recommend this product!

I also added Phosphatidylserine PS100 to my daily formula's that assist me with "my" every day mental function support, which I have found to be helpful, and highly recommend!
